notes This is J-P's Music page.
I play keyboard (MIDI) and acoustic guitar.
I can't say I play them very well- but hey, at least I try...

My musical prefence is 70's/80's pop & symphonic rock. However, I also like 'New Age' Instrumental music, Jazz Rock, Blues, Big Band Jazz and Impressionist Classical music. Quite a variety.

My favorite Pop band is Alan Parsons. (with or without the Project).

My favorite Pop artist is the lovely Laura Pausini. Laura

If you're in a contemplative mood, listen to Enya. I'm in the fan database: Enya

Have you heard Karl Jenkins' ADIEMUS albums? If you like Classical/New Age crossover music (like Enya), you shouldn't miss this. Karl Jenkins himself describes the music as “an extended choral-type work based on the European classical tradition, but where the vocal sound is more akin to ‘ethnic’ or ‘world’ music”. I have arranged a MIDI song based on one of his compositions. Comments are welcome!
