Bad Traders

I give you the facts, it's up to you, are they bad traders or ........?

Stacey took the initiative to trade . I was sending our patch(es), but nothing was coming back.
She claims that she was in the hospital and/or had other excuses. I have found out other collectors had the same problems with her.
I have sent an official complaint to the Slidell PD. The Chief of services of the department, captain Swenson, was starting an official inquiry about her patch trading. Stacey is/was a communication officer of the department.

We had a (good) patch and badge trade, but he was also asking to trade hats. (no base-ball). He was sending in return for my peak-hat a base-ball cap from his department, telling me he had a problem to find me a hat.
This was not a fair trade to me and I asked him for compensation. He was mailing me that perhaps in the future he could find a hat. I promised him to send in return our winter hat, but this e-mail was the last from him. He isn’t answering his e-mail. (I have  used several different e-mail addresses to e-mail him)

At the time he told me he was sending me his patch, I was sending ours immediately. After that, no mail or e-mail from him. I have  used several different e-mail addresses to e-mail him. I was asking the department about him.Is he an officer or a swindler? They told me he is a member of the department. E-mailing him again, no result.

Patch trade. Sending him our patch, but never a patch in return. Different e-mails from different e-mail addresses, no anwer. The AACP  (Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police ) administrator told me the e-mail address I was using from Montie was correct and working, but……yes, no answer/patch.
